Shipping Information
At Cul-De-Sac Coop, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping every order. Because we ship fragile and time-sensitive items, our shipping policies are designed to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
Shipping Schedule
We currently ship orders two days per week. Most orders are packed over the weekend and shipped via USPS Priority Mail every Monday and Tuesday. This schedule helps minimize transit time and reduces the risk of delays caused by weekend holds in the postal system.
Packaging and Materials
Each order is carefully hand-packed using protective materials appropriate for the items being shipped. Hatching eggs are individually wrapped, cushioned, and secured to reduce the risk of cracks or breakage during transit. All eggs are shipped unwashed and handled with care to preserve their natural protective coating.
Delivery and Tracking
All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Cul-De-Sac Coop is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Shipping Liability
We are not responsible for shipping delays, extreme weather exposure, or handling damage that occurs after the package leaves our possession. Once your order is accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with USPS.
