When do you ship orders?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, typically two days per week. Most orders are packed over the weekend and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been fulfilled.

Do you guarantee fertility or hatch rates on eggs?

No. Due to the many factors outside of our control - including shipping conditions, handling, and incubation methods - we do not guarantee fertility or hatch success. Eggs are collected and packed with great care, but outcomes vary.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any egg orders. All egg sales are final. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

How are eggs packaged?

Each egg is individually wrapped and cushioned using clean, protective materials, and then double boxed. Eggs are shipped unwashed to preserve their natural bloom. Our packaging is designed to reduce breakage, but we cannot control how packages are handled in transit.

What happens if my package is delayed or damaged in the mail?

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, temperature exposure, or rough handling by the carrier. Please contact USPS directly for claims regarding lost or damaged packages.

Are your eggs safe to eat?

No. Our eggs are not intended for consumption. They are sold for display, educational, or collectible use only.

Can I request a specific hatch date or breed?

At this time, we are not accepting custom requests. Inventory is limited, and all available products are listed on our website as stock allows.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom messages?

Not at this time, but we may offer gift-ready packaging options in the future as we expand our handmade product line.

Do you sell handmade soaps or other goods yet?

We’re currently in development of a line of handmade soaps and home-crafted goods. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when they’re available.
